Element Spirit (Éter)
Mental Setting: < 0 >The mind is quiet. You don’t think in conflict. You don’t need to be right. Thoughts come clearly, without pressure. There is no internal struggle. Rather, there is understanding.
Emócie: Pocit pokoja. Hlboká harmónia. Prijatie – bez potreby niečo meniť alebo dokazovať. Cítite, že všetko má svoj zmysel. Aj to, čo ešte nedáva logiku.
Energy state: < 0 >High vibration. Natural opening of the heart. Chakras are balanced – energy flows without blocks. You can feel a connection with something higher – with God, with Source, with the Universe, with Oneness. But not as an escape. As a return.
Behavior: < 0 >You have a need to meditate, to be quiet, to be alone – but not out of sadness. Out of satiety. Decisions come intuitively. You don’t resolve small conflicts. You don’t get caught up in details. You feel that you are “guided”.
Physical symptoms: < 0 >Lightness. Deep breathing. Feeling of chest expansion. Some feel subtle vibrations in the body.
Risk: < 0 >Disconnection from reality if Spirit is used as an escape. Spirit is not ignoring problems – it is the ability to see them from a higher perspective.
What Ether teaches you: < 0 >Oneness. Trust. The connection between matter and consciousness. It is a state when you realize that you are not separate from the world – but part of it.
